Return Policy
If any of our products are unsatisfactory, you would be allowed to return them within a period of 7 days from date of dispatch. We do however request that they are packed up and sent in their original packaging are have not been used or damaged in anyway. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on goods returned which do not meet these requirements. Please include your name, address, the product details and reason why you are returning in the parcel. This would make it easier for us to process your full refund. (Excluding postage)

Manufacturing defects
If you received a part that your not satisfied with, and think its not right, just simply give us an email or phone us explaining what your problem is, and we will try our best to sort it out for you.

Warranty
Most of the products offer reasonable warranties, if you have a problem with the product that you purchased from us, please contact us to let us know through email(danko@trials-uk.com) and we will get back to your within 24hours letting you know if you could claim on warranty. To claim on warranty, please return the goods to us with invoice or reciept, and we will return it to the manufacturers.
