Orders received on Trials-uk are processed and managed by www.paypal.com. To order an item all you have to do is click on the Add To Basket option, this would open a new window and bring you to the paypal login page, once logged in, the product description and quantity you have requested for would be listed in your cart. You can then choose to proceed with the checkout or continue shopping on our website. Please refer below for alternative payment methods.

Cheque
Since cheques can bounce or be forged, we are unable to dispatch goods until the bank comfirms that the cheque has been cleared. This would require a extra waiting time of up to 7 working days, therefore we do encourage customers to pay via online or postal orders.

Bank transfer
If you are with Lloyds TSB, making payment will be easier then anything. After confirming the products you require are currently available and in stock (phone or email), just visit you local Lloyds TSB branch, and then just tell them the Trials-uk bank account No and Sort code. If you wish to pay part of the payment with either cash or cheque, just hand them over to make the full payment required. The money will appear in our account instantly, and if cash is used the goods can be despatched the same working day (Including cheques). But please make sure you contact us first with your payment, to confirm if the parts is in stock or not, and we will then make sure you will get your parts promptly after the money transfer.

Postal order
If you wish to pay with postal cheques, please simply let us know first, so, we can check id your goods are in stock and to let us know you want to make an order. With your postal cheques please include a note with it with all your details: Home address, contact number, email address and also a note to confirm your order. Send the payment to Trials-uk, address can be found on the top of this page in the *contact* section.

Cash
If you like to pay with cash, we suggest you send it special delivery recorded, just in case it suddenly happens to get lost in the post. Again, please contact us first to let us know, so we can make a look out for your payment, and get your order sorted. With the cash that you wish to send, please include a note with it with all your details: Home address, contact number, email address and also a note to confirm your order. Send the payment to Trials-uk, address can be found on the top of this page in the *contact* section.

Paypal
If you own a paypal account, and wish to use this method to pay for the goods.
Just simply contact us first via phone or email, up to you, so we know you want to order something, and it will let us know that there will be a payment from you shortly. Soon as we have received the payment, we will dispatch the goods; usually we send the goods the same working day as long as the payment is before 4pm.

When will my goods arrive?
Orders received via Paypal by 4pm between Mondays to Saturday would be dispatched to royal mail on the same day, orders received after that time would be dispatched the next working day, delivery takes between 1-2 working days from the time of dispatch.

Product not in stock
The website would be updated immediately once a product goes out of stock, we would keep you informed via email or telephone if we encounter any problems which could affect the delivery period of your goods.

Return Policy
If any of our products are unsatisfactory, you would be allowed to return them within a period of 7 days from date of dispatch. We do however request that they are packed up and sent in their original packaging are have not been used or damaged in anyway. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on goods returned which do not meet these requirements. Please include your name, address, the product details and reason why you are returning in the parcel. This would make it easier for us to process your full refund. (Excluding postage)

Manufacturing defects
If you received a part that your not satisfied with, and think its not write, just simply give us an email or phone us explaining what your problem is, and we will try our best to sort it out for you.

Warranty
Most of the products offer reasonable warranties, if you have a problem with the product that you purchased from us, please contact us to let us know through email(danielko01@hotmail.com) and we will get back to your within 24hours letting you know if you could claim a warrenty. To claim a warrenty, please return the goods to us with invoice or reciept, and we will return it to the manufacturers.
